This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and space-lb.com with respect to its subject matter, superseding any prior agreements between you and space-lb.com relating to such subject matter. The failure of space-lb.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement to be invalid, the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions, and the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The section headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
